GROUND-FLOOR APARTMENT IN A STUNNING SHORELINE LOCATION In a stunning location in the quiet hamlet of Alturlie on the shores of the Moray Firth this charming apartment (Semi-detached with the owner s home) enjoys a relaxing rural atmosphere yet is less than 4 miles from the centre of Inverness the Capital of the Highlands. The shoreline is home to an abundance of birds and wildlife and is a minute s walk from the door. Castle Stuart golf course is a few miles east and within an easy drive are Loch Ness the beaches and fishing villages of the Black Isle and the magnificent scenery of the Cairngorms National Park which offers climbing hill-walking mountain biking water sports and winter sports. Culloden battlefield and Speyside whiskey trail all within easy reach. Inverness is a vibrant expanding city with quality restaurants and shops quaint old pubs a renowned theatre and lovely riverside walks. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: 1 double. Bathroom: with shower over bath. Lounge/diner: with TV and radio. Kitchen/diner: electric oven fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave and washing machine. Outside: private enclosed garden with views west over the Firth to Inverness and the Black Isle peninsula. Amenities: bed linen towels electric and oil included. Regret no pets. No smoking inside property. Arrival: 4pm.
